I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly enjoyable experience. First of all, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could be improved.

We was here 7 night. Children like this place a lot. Room was big and clean. Hot water at shower. Staff was nice and helpful. They have londry service. The owner arranged the trip to Machu Picchu. She can allso arrange other trips. She speak good eglish. Breakfast was ok. Cafe, tea, jam, bread, scrambled egg and juice. Wi-Fi doing well and Capel TV. We walk to centrum at 10 min. By taxi it's 8 soles. There is much to see, so I would walk. Shoping and monument is near. Minimarket is next door. The other side of the road is a good restaurant. No traffic noise from the street. They can pick up you from airport or bus terminal for free. From bus terminal you can walk to Casa De Mama.
The train was sometimes noisy.

It is really family approach of the hotel staff. We had serios problem with altitude sickness and the staff helped us. There was no problem in Casa Mama 2.

I arrived at Casa De Mama Cusco 2-The Ecohouse after a long day of exploring, and to my delight, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water and the view from the top floor during breakfast was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The owner is really great, friendly, and will call a cab for you if you have an early departure. Our room had a kitchen, which we used quite a bit (even though food in Cusco isn't very expensive). The room was large and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the main plaza, but we enjoyed having our little get-away from the noise of the city, plus the cab fare to the centre was $1...

Very friendly and helpful staff. A traveler can do all their planning for Cusco with the help of owner Mercedes. I would return to this hotel in the future.
Difficult for taxi drivers to locate because front is single door.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were equipped with a TV and a kitchen, which was so convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious - much better than the standard fare you find elsewhere. Plus, the location, although a 30-minute walk from the city center, allowed for a peaceful and quiet stay, away from all the hustle and bustle. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the warm and friendly host, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend staying here!
Everything was perfect.

The host/owner makes you feel at home. She is very helpful, friendly and accomodating to all your needs. She will take care of you like you are her family member.
A little further out from the main square in Cusco.

It was really great welcoming. They gave us coca tea to handle altitude sickness. Mercedes was friendly, she managed our stay in next place, because we dont speak spanish, but the owners in next place were speaking spanish only. Breakfast was nice. Fresh juice, eggs, buns with jam and tea/coffee.
Water was warm, could be a little bit warmer.

The hotel had a good breakfast, and the staff was friendly and helpful is taking us to the main square. the bed was comfortable to sleep in despite the room being a bit small. the hotel is located in a safe area of the city, near to a bank, pharmacy, and small market.
The room smelled a little musty and the bathroom was really small and outdated. We also had an issue with the hot water;

This was the best hostal I have ever stayed at. Mercedes and the rest of the staff were amazing. We were picked up at the airport in Cusco with hugs and kisses after they waited two hours for our delayed flights to arrive. The rooms were clean, warm, and large. We did two side trips and both times we were allowed to leave our bags for free and they were waiting for us in the room when we arrived back. We considered coming back to Casa de Mama 2 "home" during our stay in Cusco. The price was amazing, $35 USD/night for a triple.
Nothing, it was perfect for us.

The breakfast offered real coffee, which was a great treat. The room was spacious and had clean, comfortable beds. The location was quiet, which was appreciated, and it was easy to get around by taxi.
The place was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, requiring walking or taking a taxi to get there. There was also an issue with the hot water, making it difficult to take a shower at times.

Mercedes and her staff are like extended family and the accomodations were superb. This lady really makes the extra effort for her guests.
It's a very noisy location next to a train station, disco, football stadium and city sounds including a garage right behind. The only complaint we had.
